SYNC School ("SYNC", "we") runs creative workshops in Egypt. This policy explains how we handle
information when you contact us on our Instagram (@syncschool) and Facebook (SYNC School) pages, including
through our messaging assistant that helps answer common questions.
Information we process
- Messages & comments you send to our Instagram or Facebook Page — their text and any attachments.
- Your public profile basics from Meta — your name or username and account ID — so we can address you and keep your conversation together.
- Registration details you choose to give us (name, email, phone) when you sign up for a workshop.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your messages and comments, including automated replies with workshop information (prices, dates, registration links).
- To route questions we can't answer automatically to a human on our team.
- To send workshop confirmations and, if you're an existing customer, occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
How we share it
We do not sell your data. We use Meta's platforms (Instagram, Messenger) to receive and send messages, and
service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). They only process data as
needed to provide their service.
Retention
We keep conversation records and registration details for as long as needed to support you and run our
workshops, and delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
Your choices
- Reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to opt out.
- Ask us to access or delete your data (see below).
