Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to book with confidence. This policy applies to workshop bookings made through SYNC School and paid online via our payment provider (Paymob).

Cancellations by you

7 or more days before the workshop start date — full refund (100%).
Between 3 and 7 days before — 50% refund.
Less than 48 hours before — no refund.
Transfers — at any time before the start date you may transfer your seat to another SYNC workshop or to another person, free of charge, instead of cancelling.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, within 14 business days of approval. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations or changes by SYNC

If we reschedule a workshop, you may keep your seat on the new date or request a full refund. If we cancel a workshop entirely, you will receive a full refund (100%).
