These terms govern your use of SYNC School's pages and messaging services on Instagram (@syncschool) and Facebook (SYNC School), including our messaging assistant. By messaging or commenting on our pages, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

SYNC School ("SYNC", "we") runs creative workshops in Egypt. We operate an Instagram and Facebook presence, including an assistant that helps answer common questions about our workshops.

Using our service

• When you message or comment on our pages, our assistant may reply automatically with workshop information (prices, dates, registration links), and a member of our team may follow up.
• Automated replies are provided for convenience and may occasionally be incomplete or need confirmation — for anything important, our team is happy to help.
• You agree to use our pages and messaging lawfully, and not to send abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

Workshops, registration and payment

• Workshop details (dates, price, format, availability) are as shown at the time of your enquiry and may change; the details on our official registration links are the authoritative ones.
• Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider (Paymob). Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials and content, and the SYNC name and branding, belong to SYNC and its instructors. Please don't reproduce or resell them without our permission.

Disclaimer & liability

Our pages and messaging services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SYNC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
